December 26, 2024: Wilmette, IL 60091 Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad rout the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL), 74-19 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Loyola Academy advances its record to 11-2 on the year. The Ramblers host Naperville Central (Naperville, IL) to meet the Redhawks in a non-league battle on Monday, January 6. The Redhawks enter the battle with a record of 7-8. Naperville Central lost 53-25 in their recent non-league battle against New Trier (Winnetka, IL)
The Warriors now own a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carmel for a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. Lincoln-Way West will meet a Corsairs squad coming off a 44-43 non-league win over Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Corsairs record now stands at 6-8.
