North Dakota High School Basketball - White Shield trounced by New Town
December 26, 2024: New Town, ND 58763 New Town Eagles (New Town, ND) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting White Shield Warriors (Roseglen, ND), 89-19 in a non-league match.
With the victory, New Town advances its record to 4-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Garrison (Garrison, ND) to meet the Troopers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Troopers enter the match with a record of 9-1.
The Warriors now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ray for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. White Shield will meet a Ray Jays squad coming off a 50-27 non-league loss to South Heart (South Heart, ND). The Ray Jays record now stands at 1-7.
