With the victory, Plainfield North advances its record to 9-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Normal Community (Normal, IL) to face the Ironmen in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Ironmen enter the match with a record of 11-1. Normal Community won 57-19 in their recent non-league match against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL)
The Senators now own a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taylorville for a non-league match on Friday, January 3. Springfield will face a Tornadoes squad coming off a 53-43 non-league win over Trinity (River Forest, IL). The Tornadoes record now stands at 7-5.
