December 26, 2024: Shallowater, TX 79363 The Shallowater Mustangs (Shallowater, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Reagan County Owls (Big Lake, TX), 70-13 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Shallowater will play a Panthers team coming off a 66-23 league win over Electra (Electra, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 14-4.
With the loss, Reagan County falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Owls host Ballinger (Ballinger, TX) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Ballinger won 36-33 in their recent league bout against Miles (Miles, TX)
