Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - St. Cloud Cathedral knocks off Mankato East
December 26, 2024: St. Cloud, MN 56303 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders ice hockey team scored a close 5-0 victory over the Mankato East Cougars.
The Crusaders (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bemidji (Bemidji, MN). The Lumberjacks go into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Bemidji edged St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN), 6-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars play the Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm (Sauk Rapids, MN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Mankato East will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Storm go into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Monticello (Monticello, MN).
