December 26, 2024: Walkertown, NC 27051 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Davie War Eagles (Mocksville, NC) and the host Walkertown Wolfpack (Walkertown, NC), observed Davie's basketball team overwhelm Walkertown by a margin of 71-26.
The War Eagles (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Mount Tabor trounced R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC), 72-69, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolfpack battle the Reidsville Rams (Reidsville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Walkertown will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 68-60 non-league loss to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC).
