The Merritt Island Mustangs basketball team (Merritt Island, FL), was overwhelmed 53-26 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Sickles Gryphons (Tampa, FL)

The Gryphons now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ferguson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 28. Sickles will battle a Falcons team coming off a 72-70 non-league win over George Jenkins (Lakeland, FL). The Falcons record now stands at 5-6.
