The Needham Rockets basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Xaverian Brothers Hawks to 55 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Monday.

The Rockets now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westwood for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 29.

The Hawks (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against King Philip Regional (Wrentham, MA). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, King Philip Regional triumphed over New Bedford (New Bedford, MA), 66-63, in a non-league contest.
