Illinois High School Basketball - Tremont crushes Bushnell-Prairie City
December 27, 2021: Bushnell, IL 61422 Tremont Turks (Tremont, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans (Bushnell, IL), 63-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Tremont upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Turks travel to Princeville (Princeville, IL) to play the Princes in a non-league bout on Monday, December 27. The Princes go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Princeville lost 41-39 in their recent non-league bout against Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL)
Next up, the Spartans play the Elmwood Trojans (Elmwood, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 27. Bushnell-Prairie City will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 36-29 non-league loss to Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL).
