December 27, 2021: West Long Branch, NJ 07764 The Middletown North Lions basketball team (Middletown, NJ), was nudged 26-23 in Monday's league battle with the host Shore Regional Blue Devils (West Long Branch, NJ)
The Blue Devils now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lacey Township for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 28. Shore Regional will battle a Lions team coming off a 38-30 non-league win over Howell (Farmingdale, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Neptune (Neptune, NJ). The Scarlet Fliers come into the Shore B - North battle with a 2-1 record.
