Texas High School Basketball - Andrews knocked off by New Home
December 27, 2022: New Home, TX 79383 The New Home Leopards basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Andrews Mustangs to 37 in the Leopards non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Leopards now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Farwell for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. New Home will meet a Steers team coming off a 50-48 non-league win over Bushland (Bushland, TX). The Steers record now stands at 11-4.
The Mustangs (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bushland (Bushland, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Bushland was outscored by Farwell (Farwell, TX), 50-48, in a non-league contest.
