December 27, 2022: Cincinnati, OH 45230 The Archbishop McNicholas Rockets (Cincinnati, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY), 61-47 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Rockets (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Demopolis (Demopolis, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Demopolis went down by Unicoi County (Erwin, TN), 65-48, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Clarkrange for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28. Monroe County will encounter a Buffaloes squad coming off a 44-42 non-league loss to Episcopal (Baton Rouge, LA). The Buffaloes record now stands at 3-6.
