Arkansas High School Basketball - Conway tops Batesville
December 27, 2022: Conway, AR 72034 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Conway Wampus Cats (Conway, AR) and the visiting Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR), saw Conway's basketball squad knock off Batesville by a tally of 62-48.
With the victory, Conway improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Wampus Cats travel to Power Center Academy (Memphis, TN) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Power Center Academy won 49-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Osceola (Osceola, AR)
Next up, the Pioneers play the Lee Trojans (Marianna, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. Batesville will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 77-50 non-league loss to Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR).
