The Central Catholic Fighting Irish basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Peninsula Seahawks to 46 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleveland Heights for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Central Catholic will battle a Tigers team coming off a 82-65 non-league win over Skyview (Vancouver, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-2.

The Seahawks (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against King's Way Christian (Vancouver, WA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, King's Way Christian triumphed over Soledad (Soledad, CA), 65-40, in a non-league contest.
