Alabama High School Basketball - Faith Christian ripped by Central of Clay County
December 27, 2022: Lineville, AL 36266 The Central of Clay County Volunteers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Faith Christian Lions to 35 in the Volunteers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Volunteers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sylacauga for a 5A Area 8 contest on Friday, January 6.
The Lions (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ranburne (Ranburne, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Ranburne was routed by LaFayette (LaFayette, AL), 67-43, in a non-league contest.
