Connecticut High School Basketball - Coventry overwhelms Parish Hill
December 27, 2022: Coventry, CT 06238 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Coventry Patriots (Coventry, CT) and the visiting Parish Hill Pirates (Chaplin, CT), saw Coventry's basketball squad wallop Parish Hill by a count of 67-27.
With the victory, Coventry upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Patriots host Stafford (Stafford Springs, CT) to play the Bulldogs in a North Central Connecticut challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Pirates play the Metropolitan Learning Center Dragons (Bloomfield, CT) in a Capitol Region challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Parish Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
