Washington High School Basketball - Ephrata topped by West Valley
December 27, 2022: Spokane, WA 99212 The West Valley Eagles basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Ephrata Tigers to 40 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cheney for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest on Wednesday, December 28. West Valley will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 53-43 non-league win over Southridge (Kennewick, WA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 4-2.
The Tigers (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Northwest Christian School (Colbert, WA). The Crusaders enter the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Northwest Christian School overcame Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA), 64-42, in a non-league match.
