December 27, 2022: Bristol, RI 02809 The Falmouth Clippers (Falmouth, MA) basketball knocked off the host Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), 57-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Clippers (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Middletown (Middletown, RI). The Islanders go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Middletown notched a victory over Rogers (Newport, RI), 45-37, in a league test.
The Huskies now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Portsmouth for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28. Mt. Hope will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 65-63 non-league win over Johnston (Johnston, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 4-2.
