In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) basketball squad felled the visiting First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC), by a margin of 77-57.

The Chargers (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Camden (Camden, NJ). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Camden thwarted Panther Creek (Cary, NC), 67-48, in a non-league outing.

The Nighthawks now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Camden County for a 2A/3A Conference 15 outing on Tuesday, January 3. First Flight will clash with a Bruins squad coming off a 49-45 league win over Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 6-2.
