Illinois High School Basketball - Lincoln-Way Central crushes Glenbard East
December 27, 2022: Lombard, IL 60148 Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their basketball team smash the host Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), 77-52 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Knights face the Richards Bulldogs (Oak Lawn, IL) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, December 28. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 6-8 record after their 65-58 non-league win over Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL).
With the defeat, Glenbard East moves to 3-9 on the year. The Rams travel to Elgin (Elgin, IL) to face the Maroons in a Upstate Eight game on Friday, January 6. The Maroons enter the game with a record of 6-6. Elgin won 46-37 in their recent non-league game against Mather (Chicago, IL)
