Illinois High School Basketball - Streator nudges Hinckley-Big Rock
December 27, 2022: Hinckley, IL 60520 Streator Bulldogs (Streator, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Hinckley-Big Rock Royals (Hinckley, IL), 57-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Streator upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Bulldogs host Herscher (Herscher, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a Illinois Central 8 bout on Friday, January 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-10. Herscher lost 64-21 in their recent non-league bout against Kankakee (Kankakee, IL)
Next up, the Royals clash with the Somonauk Bobcats (Somonauk, IL) in a Little Ten bout, on Friday, January 6. Hinckley-Big Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 64-51 non-league loss to Dwight (Dwight, IL).
