The Lyon County Lyons basketball team scored 95 points and held the host Holy Cross Indians to 79 in the Lyons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lyons now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ballard for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Lyon County will battle a Bruins team coming off a 90-73 non-league win over Woodford County (Versailles, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 8-1.

The Indians (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bracken County (Brooksville, KY). The Polar Bears enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Bracken County was defeated by Mason County (Maysville, KY), 65-63, in a non-league contest.
