December 27, 2022: New Caney, TX 77357 New Caney Eagles (New Caney, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Humble Wildcats (Humble, TX), 73-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, New Caney upgrades its record to 7-13 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 13-5. Fort Bend Travis won 71-58 in their recent non-league bout against Tomball Memorial (Tomball, TX)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Galena Park Yellowjackets (Galena Park, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Humble will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 44-28 non-league loss to Porter (Porter, TX).
