The Vidalia Vikings basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting LaSalle Tigers to 43 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caldwell Parish for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3.

The Tigers (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Kilbourne (Kilbourne, LA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record.
