Alabama High School Basketball - Oxford tops Lee
December 27, 2022: Huntsville, AL 35811 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) and the host Lee Generals (Huntsville, AL), saw Oxford's basketball squad knock off Lee by a tally of 53-44.
With the victory, Oxford improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Yellow Jackets travel to Bob Jones (Madison, AL) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 6-4.
Next up, the Generals play the Buckhorn Bucks (New Market, AL) in a 6A Area 16 challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Lee will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record.
