California High School Basketball - Rancho Christian holds off Owyhee
December 27, 2022: Temecula, CA 92592 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Rancho Christian Eagles (Temecula, CA) and the visiting Owyhee Storm (Meridian, ID), saw Rancho Christian's basketball squad hold off Owyhee by a tally of 70-67.
With the victory, Rancho Christian improves its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to West Ranch (Valencia, CA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 13-0. West Ranch won 63-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Dublin (Dublin, CA)
Next up, the Storm confront the Middleton Vikings (Middleton, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho outing, on Tuesday, January 3. Owyhee will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Vikings go into the outing with a 8-2 record after their 45-32 league win over Nampa (Nampa, ID).
