New Jersey High School Basketball - Bensalem ripped by Oakcrest
December 27, 2022: Mays Landing, NJ 08330 The Oakcrest Falcons basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Bensalem Fighting Owls to 17 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgeton for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 3. Oakcrest will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 42-38 non-league loss to Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.
With the defeat, Bensalem moves to 3-5 on the year. The Fighting owls travel to Archbishop Ryan (Philadelphia, PA) to face the Raiders and Ragdolls in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 28. The Raiders and Ragdolls enter the game with a record of 4-4. Archbishop Ryan lost 45-42 in their recent non-league game against Holy Spirit (Absecon, NJ)
