New Jersey High School Basketball - Cape May County Tech nips Cumberland
December 27, 2022: Seabrook, NJ 08302 Cape May County Tech Hawks (Cape May Court House, NJ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Cumberland Colts (Seabrook, NJ), 57-55 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Cape May County Tech upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Oakcrest (Mays Landing, NJ) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Colts play the St. Dominic Academy Blue Devils (Jersey City, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Cumberland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 64-23 non-league win over Dickinson (Jersey City, NJ).
