Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles (San Juan Capistrano, CA) and the visiting Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV), saw Capistrano Valley Christian's basketball squad hold off Palo Verde by a count of 69-66.

With the victory, Capistrano Valley Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign.
