New Hampshire High School Basketball - Gilford tops Plymouth
December 27, 2022: Gilford, NH 03249 Gilford Golden Eagles (Gilford, NH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Plymouth Bobcats (Plymouth, NH), 47-28 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Gilford upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host St. Thomas Aquinas (Dover, NH) to play the Saints in a Division III bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Saints come into the bout with a record of 1-2. St. Thomas Aquinas lost 70-44 in their recent league bout against Conant (Jaffrey, NH)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Timberlane Owls (Plaistow, NH) in a Division II bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Plymouth will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Owls come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 50-25 league loss to Milford (Milford, NH).
