Napoleon Wildcats (Napoleon, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Holgate Tigers (Holgate, OH), 43-16 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Napoleon upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH) to play the Generals in a Northern Lakes bout on Friday, January 6. The Generals come into the bout with a record of 8-3.

Next up, the Tigers play the Archbold Blue Streaks (Archbold, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Holgate will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Blue Streaks come into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 51-20 non-league loss to Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH).
