California High School Basketball - Xavier Prep overwhelms Indio
December 27, 2022: Indio, CA 92201 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Xavier Prep Saints (Palm Desert, CA) and the host Indio Rajahs (Indio, CA), saw Xavier Prep's basketball squad wallop Indio by a tally of 72-8.
With the victory, Xavier Prep improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Mount Si won 67-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Aliso Niguel (Aliso Viejo, CA)
Next up, the Rajahs confront the Banning Broncos (Banning, CA) in a Desert Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Indio will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 78-34 league loss to Yucca Valley (Yucca Valley, CA).
