Texas High School Basketball - Olton can't hold off Littlefield
December 27, 2022: Littlefield, TX 79339 The Littlefield Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Olton Mustangs to 46 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portales for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Littlefield will battle a Rams team coming off a 42-40 non-league loss to Clarendon (Clarendon, TX). The Rams record now stands at 7-6.
The Mustangs (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Springlake-Earth (Earth, TX). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record.
