The Triton Central Tigers basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Northeastern Knights to 40 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bloomington North for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Triton Central will battle a Cougars team coming off a 58-48 non-league win over Heritage Christian (Indianapolis, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 10-4.

The Knights (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Christian (Indianapolis, IN). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Heritage Christian was defeated by Bloomington North (Bloomington, IN), 58-48, in a non-league contest.
