New York High School Ice Hockey - Ogdensburg Free Academy knocks off Plattsburgh
December 27, 2022: Ogdensburg, NY 13669 The Ogdensburg Free Academy Blue Devils ice hockey squad scored 10 points and restricted the visiting Plattsburgh Hornets to 1 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.
With the victory, Ogdensburg Free Academy moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Salmon River (Fort Covington, NY) to face the Shamrocks in a Division 2 contest on Friday, January 6. The Shamrocks go into the contest with a record of 4-0.
The Hornets now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Lawrence Central for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Plattsburgh will face a Larries squad coming off a 11-4 league loss to Thousand Islands (Clayton, NY). The Larries record now stands at 0-3.
