With the victory, Cary-Grove improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Jacobs (Algonquin, IL) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a record of 0-1.
The Indians (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL). The North Stars come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
