Virginia High School Basketball - George Wythe tipped by Pulaski County
December 27, 2022: Wytheville, VA 24382 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Pulaski County Cougars basketball team scored a tight 44-37 triumph over the George Wythe Maroons.
With the win, Pulaski County upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 4-1.
Next up, the Maroons play the Bland County Bears (Rocky Gap, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 2. George Wythe will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
