Illinois High School Basketball - North Lawndale nudges Addison Trail
December 27, 2023: Addison, IL 60101 North Lawndale Phoenix (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Addison Trail Blazers (Addison, IL), 59-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, North Lawndale upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Phoenix host Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Lions in a Chicago Public - Red Northwest bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 11-3.
Next up, the Blazers clash with the North Chicago Warhawks (North Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Addison Trail will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Warhawks go into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 68-37 league loss to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL).
