Massachusetts High School Basketball - Algonquin Regional tipped by Grafton
December 27, 2023: Northborough, MA 01532 The Grafton Gators basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Algonquin Regional Titans to 46 in the Gators non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Gators now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tantasqua Regional for a South Worcester County - A contest on Wednesday, January 3. Grafton will meet a Warriors team coming off a 59-44 non-league win over Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.
The Titans (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA). The Red Raiders enter the Midland-Wachusett A contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Fitchburg was nudged by Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA), 62-58, in a non-league contest.
