Texas High School Basketball - Anson nips Post
December 27, 2023: Anson, TX 79501 Anson Tigers (Anson, TX) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Post Antelopes (Post, TX), 42-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Anson upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Colorado (Colorado City, TX) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Colorado lost 72-50 in their recent non-league bout against McCamey (McCamey, TX)
Next up, the Antelopes play the Seagraves Eagles (Seagraves, TX) in a 2A Region I District 5 bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Post will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
