Oregon High School Basketball - Union nips Benson Tech
December 27, 2023: Portland, OR 97232 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Union Titans (Vancouver, WA) and the host Benson Tech Techmen (Portland, OR), saw Union's basketball squad hold off Benson Tech by a tally of 67-61.
With the victory, Union improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Titans host Camas (Camas, WA) to play the Papermakers in a 4A Greater St. Helens challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Papermakers come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Camas won 82-76 in their recent non-league challenge against Renton (Renton, WA)
Next up, the Techmen play the Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Benson Tech will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Trappers come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 86-49 non-league loss to Puyallup (Puyallup, WA).
