Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL) and the host Covington Chargers (Covington, TN), saw Chelsea's basketball squad wallop Covington by a tally of 67-44.

With the victory, Chelsea improves its record to 7-12 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Spring Hill (Columbia, TN) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-8. Spring Hill lost 43-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Cornersville (Cornersville, TN)

Next up, the Chargers confront the Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Covington will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record.
