Ohio High School Basketball - Eastern ripped by Chesapeake
December 27, 2023: Reedsville, OH 45772 The Chesapeake Panthers basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Eastern Eagles to 30 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Van for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Chesapeake will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 67-29 non-league loss to Sherman (Seth, WV). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
The Eagles (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Meigs (Pomeroy, OH). The Marauders enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Meigs triumphed over Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH), 50-47, in a non-league contest.
