Alabama High School Basketball - East Limestone thwarts Deshler
December 27, 2023: Tuscumbia, AL 35674 The East Limestone Indians (Athens, AL) basketball knocked off the host Deshler Tigers (Tuscumbia, AL), 80-62 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Indians (12-3) will now prepare for their test against West Limestone (Lester, AL). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 11-7 record.
The Tigers now own a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lawrence County for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Deshler will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to Covenant Christian (Tuscumbia, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 9-9.
