Louisiana High School Basketball - East St. John overwhelms Pleasant Hill
December 27, 2023: Pleasant Hill, LA 71065 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the East St. John Wildcats (Reserve, LA) and the host Pleasant Hill Eagles (Pleasant Hill, LA), saw East St. John's basketball squad wallop Pleasant Hill by a tally of 75-52.
With the victory, East St. John improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to St. Paul's (Covington, LA) to play the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 12-5. St. Paul's won 70-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Sulphur (Sulphur, LA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Simpson Broncos (Simpson, LA) in a C District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Pleasant Hill will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record.
