Arkansas High School Basketball - Fordyce topped by El Dorado
December 27, 2023: Fordyce, AR 71742 The El Dorado Wildcats basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Fordyce Redbugs to 53 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden Fairview for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. El Dorado will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 70-61 non-league loss to El Dorado (El Dorado, AR). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-2.
The Redbugs (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Spring Hill (Hope, AR). The Bears come into the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Spring Hill was defeated by Acorn (Mena, AR), 64-53, in a league contest.
