George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX), 41-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, George Ranch upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Angleton (Angleton, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 9-12. Angleton won 60-44 in their recent non-league bout against Foster (Richmond, TX)

Next up, the Stingarees clash with the Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Texas City will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 60-44 non-league loss to Angleton (Angleton, TX).
