Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Glen Allen Jaguars (Glen Allen, VA) and the host Rise Academy Guardians (Richmond, VA), saw Glen Allen's basketball squad hold off Rise Academy by a count of 63-60.

With the victory, Glen Allen upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Manchester (Midlothian, VA) to play the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Manchester won 57-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Edison (Alexandria, VA)
