New Jersey High School Basketball - Linden thwarts James Island
December 27, 2023: Linden, NJ 07036 The Linden Tigers (Linden, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC), 84-73 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Tigers (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Goose Creek (Goose Creek, SC). The Gators go into the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Goose Creek went down by Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC), 52-26, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Indian Land for a non-league test on Friday, December 29. James Island will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 86-53 non-league win over Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 9-3.
