December 27, 2023: Paintsville, KY 41240 Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Young Americans Christian Eagles (Conyers, GA), 65-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Johnson Central upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Douglas (Douglas, AL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Douglas won 59-56 in their recent non-league bout against Hart County (Munfordville, KY)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Hart County Raiders (Munfordville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Young Americans Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 59-56 non-league loss to Douglas (Douglas, AL).
